About & Philosophy
I came to yoga looking for something I couldn't quite name. What I found was a practice that asked me to slow down, pay attention, and trust the body's own intelligence. That curiosity has never left.
My teaching draws from Ashtanga lineage and rocket yoga, balanced with a deep interest in how bodies actually work — their asymmetries, histories, and the stories they carry. Classes are physically honest and internally spacious: challenging when that's useful, quiet when that's more so.
I believe the work of yoga is less about what a pose looks like and more about what it teaches you to feel. Whether you've practiced for twenty years or stepped onto a mat for the first time last month, you belong here.
